We've had some great questions about the topic of buying properties "subject to" the existing mortgage along with a suggestion in the good old suggestion box asking for education on this topic. You asked, we listened, and we are delivering a high quality education opportunity to our wonderful members and guests at our February general meeting of the Appleton REIA. Pre-Register below to help our line move along more quickly when you arrive. This promises to be a very popular event and lots of great information that ANYONE can use whether they plan to flip, rent or provide a lease option. Come network and learn with us!
