Kevin Eismann is not only a shareholder at Davis|Kuelthau, he's also been heavily involved in Real Estate as his “side gig.” He is a licensed real estate broker, licensed contractor, developer and master shingler. He has done several real estate developments and currently owns 90+ residential and commercial properties (down from 120+!). Kevin focuses his law practice on asset protection, business succession planning and corporate law. He enjoys building comprehensive strategies with his clients that allow them to reach their business goals. He's been providing employers with practical, cost effective solutions since 1996. As a successful entrepreneur and attorney with a background in engineering, Kevin can offer his clients a unique, multi-point perspective. He enjoys working with businesses of all sizes, and has an exceptional track record in helping start-ups and small businesses scale their companies and improve efficiencies. We are also hosting our top investor-friendly accountant, David Bailey, with Endries Otto CPA firm. David earned his degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. After graduation he worked for a national CPA firm for two years. Since 2001, he has been working for the firm and in 2009 he was made a partner. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 2003 and a Certified Valuation Analyst in 2007. David specializes in tax planning and preparation for businesses and individuals He also prepares business valuations and financial statement compilations and reviews.

Last, but certainly not least, we have our very own insurance guy, Jason Stendalen, with C4 Insurance! Not only does he sponsor our REIA and offer excellent products and services, but Jason is a fellow investor and hard money lender. Jason fully understands asset protection and how to acheive all you can through your insurance while pointing out where the weaknesses lie. He's has been in the insurance industry since 2004. As the owner of C4 Insurance, Jason works for his clients and takes an education-based approach to teaching them proper coverage while finding market competitive rates. Jason’s previous experience in construction and real estate translate very well to his insurance career.
