Take a little time this summer to put things in place for a BIG Fall season!  Our August meeting will spotlight a focus on lining up your own Private Money lenders.  This is a topic of hot conversation on a regular basis and has been requested as a meeting topic by our membership base, so bring a pen and paper and get ready to take some good notes on the process, procedure and paperwork to line up your own private lenders for current and future deals.  It's really not as difficult as most people think it is!!  We have been using private money since 2007 and will share EVERYTHING we know and how to do it legally and safe for all parties.
