What's Working Now?  How to GROW a new RE Biz or SCALE a current one without hitting the burnout wall.
Whether you're just getting started in your new real estate business or you have many years under your belt, the idea of growing and/or scaling is always top of mind.  Recently we have seen a lot happen on the political front, foriegn relations, local market shifts, stock market shifts, banks stopped lending, and some just shut down....then others are lending 100% loans.  It's a LOT to follow and stay up on.  It's easy to get lost in the mix and become unsure of the next wise step to take.

So, what to do next, how to do the best to protect your cash and other assets, where to invest, and how to avoid burnout from spinning our wheels have become some pretty hot topics!  Part of it is being able to share with others and mastermind on what's working right now, and the rest is being properly prepared for a pivot.  All while figuring out how to structure using the tools and resources available to us to work less IN our business so we can enjoy the fruits of our labor without burning the candle at both ends just to make it work.
